{"id":467,"date":"2017-05-23T08:00:34","date_gmt":"2017-05-23T12:00:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/?p=467"},"modified":"2017-05-23T09:49:25","modified_gmt":"2017-05-23T13:49:25","slug":"salsa-bolonesa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/es\/salsa-bolonesa\/","title":{"rendered":"Receta para preparar Salsa Bolo\u00f1esa al estilo de Caballo Viejo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Salsa Bolo\u00f1esa (o salsa bolognesa) es una de las recetas favoritas en Caballo Viejo y por eso queremos compartirla contigo, tiene algunas variaciones en la familia, pero b\u00e1sicamente es la misma y adem\u00e1s el sabor es bastante parecido entre s\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-494 size-full\" title=\"receta salsa bolo\u00f1esa\" src=\"https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/receta-salsa-bolo\u00f1esa.jpg\" alt=\"receta salsa bolo\u00f1esa\" width=\"1000\" height=\"761\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/receta-salsa-bolo\u00f1esa.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/receta-salsa-bolo\u00f1esa-300x228.jpg 300w, https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/receta-salsa-bolo\u00f1esa-768x584.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ingredientes para la Salsa Bolo\u00f1esa<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">2 Kg (4libras) de carne molida de res al 85%-15% de grasa<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00bd Kg de carne de puerco<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 Cebolla grande<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 Taza de zanahoria rallada<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a01 Cucharada de sal o al gusto<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1\/2 Cucharadita peque\u00f1a de pimienta o al gusto<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">2 Cubitos de pollo o caldo de pollo preparado en casa<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 Cabeza grande de ajo<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 Taza de vino blanco<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 Taza de vino rojo<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Romero fresco o seco<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Albahaca fresca<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Perejil fresco<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">4 Hojas de laurel<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 lata grande de de tomate entero<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 lata peque\u00f1a de pasta de tomate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Colocar una olla grande a fuego moderado, al calentar, a\u00f1adir 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva y el ajo previamente pelado y picado en trozos muy peque\u00f1os. Inmediatamente se agrega la carne de res y Puerco, sal y pimienta, los cubitos de pollo y las hierbas secas, reservando la albahaca fresca para casi el final de la cocci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-495 size-full\" title=\"lasa\u00f1a\" src=\"https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/lasa\u00f1a.jpg\" alt=\"lasa\u00f1a\" width=\"600\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/lasa\u00f1a.jpg 600w, https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/lasa\u00f1a-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sofre\u00edr un poco para que la carne absorba el sabor de los condimentos y las hierbas. Anadir las dos tazas de vino, pelar la cebolla y hacerle unos cortes en cada extremo en forma de cruz, sin perforarla completa, agregarla. Incorporar el tomate, la pasta se diluye en una taza de agua.<\/p>\n<p>Ya podemos agregar la zanahoria y el laurel, tambi\u00e9n una parte de la albahaca fresca, bajar a fuego lento. se debe ir revolviendo cada vez que se incorpore un ingrediente, para lograr una consistencia homog\u00e9nea.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-497\" title=\"espaguetis bolo\u00f1esa\" src=\"https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/espaguetis-bolo\u00f1esa.jpg\" alt=\"espaguetis bolo\u00f1esa\" width=\"903\" height=\"677\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/espaguetis-bolo\u00f1esa.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/espaguetis-bolo\u00f1esa-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/espaguetis-bolo\u00f1esa-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 903px) 100vw, 903px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tapar y revolver cada 15 minutos, hasta completar dos horas de cocci\u00f3n, 5 minutos antes de retirarla del fuego, se le a\u00f1aden el perejil fresco y la albahaca fresca. Dejar reposar unos minutos y servir sobre una cama de pasta de cualquier tipo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1No olvides rayar mucho queso parmesano!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
