Se pueden sustituir los camarones, utilizando pollo, queda muy rica tambi\u00e9n y es una buena opci\u00f3n para aquellos que no comen mariscos o son al\u00e9rgicos a estos.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Kg de Camarones frescos<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla peque\u00f1a ( cortada en cubitos)<\/li>\n<li>6 dientes de ajo (picado)<\/li>\n<li>1 ramillete de perejil<\/li>\n<li>4 tazas de crema de leche<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 taza de queso parmesano rallado<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de vino blanco (Pinot Grigio o Chardonnay)<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharadas de mantequilla con sal<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Un paquete de 1 libra de Linguine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>En un sart\u00e9n grande a temperatura alta, colocar 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, la cebolla y el ajo cortados en peque\u00f1os cuadritos, agregar los camarones previamente limpios y sin conchas, rociarlos con vino para saltearlos y dorarlos un poco.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-943 size-full\" title=\"pasta alfredo receta\" src=\"https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/pasta-alfredo-receta.jpg\" alt=\"pasta alfredo receta\" width=\"667\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/pasta-alfredo-receta.jpg 667w, https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/pasta-alfredo-receta-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 667px) 100vw, 667px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de apr\u00f3ximadamente 8 minutos, retirar solo\u00a0 los camarones y bajar la temperatura, a\u00f1adir la mantequilla, luego la crema de leche y poco a poco incorporar el queso parmesano rallado, remover suavemente para formar una mezcla homog\u00e9nea, no se debe dejar hervir, agregar de nuevo los camarones y a fuego muy lento dejarlo 2 minutos para que se incorporen bien los sabores, por \u00faltimo a\u00f1adir el perejil fresco picado, retirarlo del fuego y tapar.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-944 size-full\" title=\"pasta alfredo\" src=\"https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/pasta-alfredo.jpg\" alt=\"pasta alfredo\" width=\"667\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/pasta-alfredo.jpg 667w, https:\/\/nubedeagua.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/pasta-alfredo-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 667px) 100vw, 667px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Se puede servir sobre una cama de pasta de cualquier tipo, nuestra receta sugiere linguine, pero puede hacerse sobre otro tipo de pasta.
