Our story

From Venezuela to the hills of Tennessee

"Caballo Viejo is a life project born from nostalgia — for our country, our people, our traditions. A place where nature, family and animals coexist in the most simple and organic way."

About Us

Our Guardian Dogs

Blizzard, Nevada, and Polar are part of the Caballo Viejo family.

Blizzard is no longer with us, but we know he still watches over this place. Nevada is the lady of the squad, protective, dignified, and always alert. Polar, her son, learned everything from her and now explores every corner of the farm, always returning tired and ready to greet us at the gate.

Chicho, Winnie, and Coco also visit and spend seasons here, bringing joy to everyone at the farm.
